the term is coming from my best girlfriend, Sylvia, who is, first, not me, and second, is an expected Pilate teacher and now she's in the mountain mediating, kind of like a monk going thru all the tests to become a Dalai Lama. Obviously, we talk about meditation and how to keep our mind in tranquility when every thing's so busy and fussy around us. So here comes 'high vibration' when I face all these people on the streets, how do I turn things around? Every conversation is really happening, here, in LA every day, and we always have a good laugh, no matter what.
